Wanted: Animal Care Assistants
Full-time (45 hours/week) and Part-time staff (10-16hours/week) wanted. 
Early start (05:00) or normal start (07:00) options.

Duties will include:
•On a daily basis will be responsible for feeding and watering animals, and caring for the general well-being of the animals
•Mucking out, cleaning animal areas, cleaning equipment, cleaning general areas and stores
•Basic awareness of animal behavior and general health. Staff need to be observant and ensure excellent standards of animal welfare. Staff are expected to immediately report any animal health concerns and animal area maintenance issues. 
•Support to veterinary staff when required
•Basic record keeping skills.
•Some heavy lifting and moving/sorting equipment and food will be required
•Other general activities around the park when necessary and with appropriate training

Requirements:
This position requires a high level of dedication, dependability, and a strong work ethic.
•Basic knowledge of animal husbandry, management and behavior. Previous experience working with animals is essential as well as a general interest and care for animals.
•Ability and license to drive is essential. Must have own transport to get to/from the park.
•Ability to work alone to required standards
•Applicant must be fluent in Turkish, or fluent in Turkish with basic English, or fluent in English with basic-good Turkish.
•Ability to work outside for long periods of time
•Good communication skills and able to work well with others
•Willingness to take direction, to learn, and to follow the park’s procedures and processes
•Must be flexible
